Claims (1)
ブ内にシリンダチユーブの軸方向に滑動自在に位
置されるピストンと、このピストンとともに移動
されるピストンロツドと、このピストンロツドに
貫通され、前記シリンダチユーブの一端を閉止す
るロツドカバーと、前記シリンダチユーブの他端
を閉止するヘツドカバーと、該ヘツドカバーに形
成され、前記ピストンによつて仕切られる前記シ
リンダチユーブ内の第1および第2の空間にそれ
ぞれ連通され、与圧された流体を前記空間内に給
排することによつて前記ピストンを駆動する第1
および第2の流体通路と、前記ヘツドカバーの端
面に同心円状に刻設され、前記第1および第2の
流体通路にそれぞれ連通される第1および第2の
溝部と、前記ヘツドカバーの端面に、前記第1お
よび第2の溝部の軸の回りに回動自在に摺接され
、前記第1および第2の溝部を介して前記第1お
よび第2の流体通路に個別に連通される第1およ
び第2の圧力ポートが周方向に開設された配管ア
ダプタとからなることを特徴とするシリンダ装置
。 (2) 前記シリンダチユーブは互いに径の異なる
内外二つの筒体よりなり、前記第1および第2の
流体通路の一方は前記筒体間の空間および内側筒
体に設けた貫通孔を介して前記ピストンの前記流
体通路から遠い側の空間に連通され、前記シリン
ダ装置が複動形シリンダ装置であることを特徴と
する実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のシリン
