部に互いに対向して配設されてこれらの複数のロ
ツドパツキンの間に密閉された流体圧室が形成さ
れ、また前記流体圧室とこの流体圧室側のシリン
ダ室とが該流体圧室側から該シリンダ室側への流
体圧の流れを阻止する逆止弁を介して連通されて
いることを特徴とするシリンダ装置。 ２ 前記逆止弁が速度制御弁の逆止弁部によつて
形成され、前記速度制御弁が前記流体圧室とこの
流体圧室側のシリンダ室との間に介在されている
