し、このシリンダ室にピストンを前記弁体の摺動
方向と同一方向に摺動自在に嵌合して前記シリン
ダ室を液圧導入孔を介して液圧が導入される液圧
作用室と、絞り穴を介して大気に連通する大気導
入室とに区画し、この大気導入室に前記弁体を突
出させるとともにこの弁体より離間する方向に前
記ピストンを押圧するスプリングを介挿したこと
