Claims (1)
し、ピストン近傍にプラグを設け、このプラグが
空気通路を兼ねるプラグ孔の内周のクツシヨンシ
ールに嵌合して加圧室と空気ポート間の空気通路
を閉塞した時加圧室と空気ポートをつなぐバイパ
スを設け、上記バイパス内の圧力に抗してバイパ
ス内へ突出状に付勢された絞り弁を設けて加圧室
内が急加圧された時絞り弁開度が増加するように
したことを特徴とする空気圧シリンダのクツシヨ
ン装置。 (2) プラグがロツドの大径部で形成され、プラ
グ孔がロツド孔で形成されている実用新案登録請
求の範囲第1項記載の空気圧シリンダのクツシヨ
ン装置。 (3) 絞り弁がバイパスに面したシリンダに嵌合
した調圧プランジヤで形成されている実用新案登
録請求の範囲第1項記載の空気圧シリンダのクツ
シヨン装置。 (4) 調圧プランジヤがスプリングの弾力により
バイパス側へ押されている実用新案登録請求の範
囲第3項記載の空気圧シリンダのクツシヨン装置
