    び２′と、中間部に角筒形シリンダ部材１の角筒
    形内周面に嵌合する角形つば部５を有し、両端部
    に円筒形封止部材２及び２′の内周面に嵌合する
    円筒形外周面とシヤフト１０の駆動部材１１を収
    容する円筒形内周面とを有するピストン部材４と
    よりなり、角筒形シリンダ部材１の内側にピスト
    ン４の角形つば部５を嵌合し、ピストン４の円筒
    形外周面を角筒形封止部材２及び２′の円筒形内
    周面に嵌合してなることを特徴とするトルクアク
    チユエータのシリンダ回転止め機構。 (2) シヤフト１０をピストン４の両端部及び角
    筒形封止部材２及び２′の両端部をそれぞれ貫通
    させ、シヤフト１０の駆動部材１１に設けたスパ
    イラルリード１２及び１２′にピストン４の角形
    つば部５に設けた係合子６及び６′を係合させた
