- モータ駆動によるカムの回転によつて弁を移動
し、２次空気圧を得る電空変換弁に於いて、上記
弁のストローク方向に上記２次空気圧のバイパス
路を設けたことを特徴とする弁位置モータ制御式
電空変換弁。
