Claims (1)
- 指令系からの電気指令に従う回転速度をもつて
駆動制御されるパルスモータと、このパルスモー
タの回転量に伴う移動量をもつて往復駆動される
弁と、この弁の移動量に従う２次空気圧を得る機
構部とを具備し、上記電気指令と２次空気圧を同
期させて、上記２次空気圧の上昇及び下降の時定
数を上記電気指令により制御することを特徴とし
た弁位置モータ制御式電空変換弁。
