ク装置18′にてその側面を挾んで裏面板4上に
パネル枠aを載せたのち、テーブルリフター1
5′を下降させて表面板cをパネル枠a上に載せ
るので、3者の組合せに時間がかかり、生産性が
低くなるものである。加えて表面板cはパネル枠

挾持ローラ4は夫々を駆動しなくとも適宜間隔を
へだてたものを駆動し、他は遊転させてもよい。

持搬送経路に対して突出及び引退自在にしてあ
る。ストツパー6にはこれにパネル枠aが当接し
たことを検出してクランプコンベア5の駆動を停

が組合されたことを検出してストツパー6を引退
させ、クランプコンベア5を駆動させることがで
きる検出装置(図示せず)を設けてある。この検
出装置はリミツトスイツチなどを使つて簡単に得
ることができる。しかしてクランプコンベア5で
搬送されたパネル枠aをストツパー6に当接させ
た特定位置においてパネル枠aの搬送を停止させ
るようにしてある。この特定位置において停止さ
れたパネル枠aに対して裏面板bを当接させるこ
とができるようにしてある。以下その構成を説明
する。7は裏板リフト装置であり、架台25を駆
動シリンダ26を昇降させることができるように
してある。架台25は3分割されていて、分割さ
れた架台25間が裏面板送り込み経路となつてい
る。この送り込み経路には裏板送りチエーン27
を配設してあり、下降させた架台25上に裏面板
群Bを搬入できるようにしてある。しかして裏板
リフト装置7の上昇により、裏面板群Bの最上位
の裏面板bを、ストツパー6にて特定位置に位置
決めされているパネル枠aに対してその直下方か
ら下面に当接させることができるようにしてあ
る。9は載設装置であり、表面板cを上記パネル
枠aに載設させたものである。すなわちクランプ
コンベア5の横側方に載架台8を配設してある。
上下多段に載積した表面板群Cを載設する載架台
8の載設箇所と、位置決めされた上記パネル枠a
とが対称となる略対称軸線上に水平軸10を載架
台8に往復駆動回転自在に設けてある。水平軸1
0に一対の揺動アーム11を延出し、揺動アーム
11,11間にわたつて棒状の水平支持体12を
架設してある。水平支持体12に吸盤13を取付
具28を介して取付けてある。吸盤13は吸引ホ
ースを接続するなどして吸引及びその吸引を解除
できるようにしてある。しかして水平軸10の往
復駆動回転により、載架台8上の表面板群Cの最
上位の表面板c上に吸盤13が当接し、水平軸1
0の反転駆動で、表面板cを持ち上げ、これを表
面板群Cとは対称位置にある上記パネル枠a上に
載設することができるようにしてある。このよう
にパネル枠aの上下に夫々表面板C、裏面板bを
きつちりと重ね合せ、これらの重ね合せを上記検
出装置にて検出し、この検出結果に基いて、クラ
ンプコンベア5を駆動させて、プレス工程へと搬
送するのである。
