態判定手段と、この操舵状態判定手段により前記
所定操舵状態が判定された場合に、前記動力アシ
スト機構の戻し速度が前記戻し速度目標値に到達
するまで戻し補助力を徐々に上昇させる戻し補助
力上昇制御手段と、前記動力アシスト機構の戻し
速度が前記戻し速度目標値に到達した時点から当
該ステアリング機構が所定操舵角位置に復元する
まで戻し補助力を当該到達時点の値に保持する戻
し補助力保持制御手段と、前記ステアリング機構
が所定操舵角に達した場合に前記戻し補助力を徐
々に降下させ当該ステアリング機構を中立位置に
