Claims (1)
- セラミツクのレーザ細管と、該レーザ細管の外
周上に同心状に断熱材を介して嵌着された耐熱ガ
ラス管と、これらのレーザ細管および耐熱ガラス
管を包囲し、且つ該耐熱ガラス管の外周に嵌合し
たＯリングを介して軸方向に移動可能に耐熱ガラ
ス管を支持する外囲器とを備える金属蒸気レーザ
であつて、さらに、該耐熱ガラス管の少なくとも
一方の端部側に該耐熱ガラス管の軸方向の移動を
制限するストツパが設けられていることを特徴と
する金属蒸気レーザ。
