    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 低電位コレクタ電極が外囲器との間に配設され
    た複数個の熱伝導性のよい円柱状セラミツクスに
    保持された進行波管において、上記円柱状セラミ
    ツクの端部が半円柱状に加工され、半円柱状に加
    工された端部と上記コレクタ電極の外周面の環状
    の凸部が嵌合されて上記円柱状セラミツクスが回
    転しないように固定されたことを特徴とする進行
    波管。
