Claims (1)
極及び裏駆動電極による振動子を、間隔をおいて
複数形成した圧電基板の前記両面に、振動部分を
残して、外板を積層し、該積層体の相対向する両
側端部に前記表駆動電極と導通する外部取出電極
を設け、前記外板の積層方向の一面に前記裏駆動
電極と導通する外部取出電極を設けたチツプ状の
圧電部品において、前記積層体に前記振動子間に
おいて積層方向に貫通する孔を設け、該孔に通し
た導線により、前記裏駆動電極を前記外板の積層
方向の一面に設けた前記外部取出電極に導通させ
たことを特徴とする圧電部品。 (2) 前記表駆動電極は、ギヤツプによつて分割
された分割電極でなることを特徴とする実用新案
