Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] (1) Vibrating portions are provided on both sides of a piezoelectric substrate in which a plurality of vibrators are formed at intervals, each consisting of a front drive electrode and a back drive electrode provided opposite to each other in the thickness direction.
