達する引出電極を設けて形成し、第2共振子は圧
電基板の表面側に、一方振動電極から基板の第3
共振子に達する第1の引出電極と、他方振動電極
から基板の第4の角部に達する第2の引出電極を
設け、裏面両側に両振動電極から第1角部と第2
角部間の辺に達する引出電極を設けて形成され、
前期第1共振子の裏面と第2共振子の表面を対向
面間に振動部分を確保して接着固定し、第1共振
子の裏面側引出電極と第2共振子の第2引出電極
