図である。第3図は、従来の複合型圧電部品の一
例を示すものであり、Aはその横断面図、Bは外
装樹脂を取り除いた正面図である。第4図は、第
1図および第3図の複合型圧電部品の等価回路図
である。

Claims (1)
すると共に反対側の主面の端部付近まで折り返さ
れた電極がそれぞれ形成されて成る圧電素子と、
誘電体基板の一方の主面に二つの電極が形成され
他方の主面に一つの電極が形成されて成るコンデ
ンサとを、コンデンサの二つの電極が形成された
主面側を圧電素子側にして対向する電極部分で導
電性樹脂によつて貼り合わせて成る本体部の両端
部付近を、第1および第2の端子によつてそれぞ
れ保持すると共にそれらと圧電素子の電極とを導
電性樹脂を介在させてそれぞれ接着し、かつ前記
コンデンサの外側に位置する電極に第3の端子を
導電性接合剤によつて接着し、更に前記本体部お
よび第1ないし第3の端子の先端部の周りを、圧
電素子の振動部の外側部分の周りに空洞部を残し
て絶縁性の外装樹脂で覆つていることを特徴とす
