Claims (1)
- ベースに複数のリード端子封着孔を設け、この
リード端子封着孔にリード端子を貫通し、それぞ
れ絶縁材で封着した気密端子であつて、前記リー
ド端子の少なくとも一本は前記ベース内外に貫通
するリード端子本体と、このリード端子本体より
分岐し、前記ベースに接着された分岐部を有して
いることを特徴とする気密端子。
