Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 光源から発生する赤外線の一方をサンプルガス
    に通過吸収させ、他方を濃度零または一定濃度の
    比較ガスに通過吸収させ、これら２つの赤外線光
    路のエネルギー差を検出器により検出してガスの
    濃度分析を行うガス分析計において、 赤外線不透過の板材に貫通孔の開口密度の異な
    る領域を複数設けた遮光板を、上記赤外線光路中
    で上記各領域が進出自在に、設けてなることを特
    徴とするガス分析計。
