Claims (1)
- ホルダにより回転自在に支持された主軸に、被
加工物が適正に取付けられているか否かを確認す
る被加工物の取付確認装置であつて、上記ホルダ
から主軸を経て被加工物の壁面に取付状態確認用
の空気を供給する空気流通路と、上記主軸とホル
ダとの間において空気流通路をシールするシール
部材と、上記空気流通路内の空気圧を検出すると
ともにこの空気圧に応じて被加工物の取付状態の
適否を判別する判別手段とを備え、上記主軸とホ
ルダとの間には上記シール部材に圧接されたシー
ル位置と、このシール部材から離間したシール解
除位置との間で変位するピストンが設けられたこ
とを特徴とする被加工物の取付確認装置。
