Claims (1)
- 触媒を収容可能な容器内に、その軸線に沿つて
延び、容器内で開口する反応原料供給用内管を設
け、前記容器の内壁と反応原料供給用内管の外壁
とで区切られる環状空隙部に触媒を充填し、反応
原料供給用内管内に電熱ヒーター又はスチームヒ
ーターを挿設し、外容器に反応生成物出口を設け
てなる予熱器内蔵型固定床触媒反応器。
