- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 反応容器と、該反応容器内への炭素化合物の導
入手段と、該反応容器内への触媒の導入手段と、
該反応容器内の炭素化合物と触媒粒子との反応ゾ
ーンを加熱するための主ヒータと、該反応容器か
らの反応物取出手段とを有する炭素繊維の製造装
置において、 前記触媒導入手段は、吐出口が反応容器内の非
反応ゾーンに位置するように設けられた供給管と
、該吐出口付近を加熱するための触媒加熱用ヒー
タとを備えてなることを特徴とする炭素繊維の製
造装置。
