た。 Therefore, the present inventors first formed kelp rolls by winding a part of the transport track, and then placed the kelp rolls on the metal transport track and fed them into a steamer to continuously steam them. We devised a device that can be heated and fixed by heating, but with this device, there is no problem with kelp that is half-rehydrated and has a weak texture, which is suitable for canning, but with kelp that is fully rehydrated and has elasticity, which is suitable for frozen foods, it is difficult to wrap the kelp at the winding part. The problem was that during the process of introducing the kelp into the steamer, some of the curling would return to its original shape, resulting in poor molding. In addition, if the sheet-shaped food is a soft food such as fish meat or raw minced meat, the previously devised device during the process of rolling the center material and introducing it into the steamer may cause the product to lose its shape. The drawback is that it is easy to do.

However, the manufacturing process is complicated, as it involves cooking the contents of fish, wrapping them in kelp, and drying them, making it desirable to have manufacturing equipment that can automatically mass-produce them. However, for example, a part of the conveyance track of a belt conveyor, etc. is steamed while being wound, so when the conveyance track is returned to its original position after winding is completed, the curl remains and must be corrected. If the transport trajectory is not restored to its original state, there will be some difficulty in wrapping the next supply of kelp, and improvements are needed.

We propose a device that can be fixed so that it does not lose its shape.

This conveyance track 1 is configured to be endless, and both ends thereof are rollers 6 and 7.
It is wound around and driven by.

The winding portion 1a is surrounded by an outer case 2, and the outer case 2 is provided with an inlet 2a and an outlet 2b, so that steam enters from the inlet 2a and flows out via the outlet 2b.
Steam surrounds the winding portion 1a. Further, the conveyance track 1 can be made of any material as long as it can convey a sheet-like food base material such as kelp, but it is necessary that the kelp etc. be sufficiently heated and curled during winding. For this purpose, it is necessary for steam to enter the interior through the transport track 1. Therefore, the conveyance track 1 is usually made of a synthetic resin net with a softening point of 170°C or higher and a melting point of 200°C or higher, a mesh-like material, or other mesh having about 10 to 25 steam flow openings. It is preferable to do so.

A is surrounded by an outer box 2, and the conveyance track 1 passes through a straightening device. The straightening device combines a roller 6 and rollers 3a to 3m as shown in FIG. 1 is configured to be pulled under a predetermined tension. Therefore,
In the straightening device, for example, the roller 3b is configured as a tension roller, and a predetermined tension is applied by moving the tension roller 3b up and down in the direction of the arrow.
The curls are fully corrected.

Curl curls in 1 can be corrected well.

となつて、蒸気により加熱固定される。 Although not shown above, when kelp etc. are supplied onto the conveyor track 1, a stretching or shaping device (for example, consisting of a roller and its supporting base) or an adhesive spraying device may be used as desired. A device etc. can be provided. With this configuration, the rehydrated kelp, etc. is stretched between the roller of the stretching device and the support base, and, for example, an adhesive such as protein is spread between the two kelp, etc., and they are joined together. After that, for example, a core is supplied from a core supply device, and then the core is wound using the winding section 1a described above, whereby kelp rolls can be easily formed. That is, when the kelp, etc. are placed on the endless conveyance track and moved, the kelp, etc. are stretched and integrated when they pass through the stretching device and the spreading device. Thereafter, when passing through a core supply device, the core material (center material) is continuously supplied and enters the winding portion 1a. Since steam is supplied from the outside to the winding portion 1a, the rolled food product is heated and fixed in the wound state. Note that before entering the winding part 1a, it is in the state shown in FIG. 3a, but
When it reaches the middle, the core (center material) 5 is completely wrapped by the kelp 4 (Fig. 3b)
As a result, it is heated and fixed by steam.

Therefore, in advance,
When the rehydrated kelp is supplied, the kelp is automatically and continuously wrapped around the filling (center material), and even if the winding part has a winding pattern, the winding pattern on the conveyor track will not change. can be easily corrected and normalized.
