即ち本発明の嗜好用茶菓は、茶樹から摘み取った茶生葉

、上記茶樹から摘み取った茶生葉を、洗浄し蒸成した後
、或いはその後段の工程の途中において形成される中火
茶を、適量に分配して密封すると共に、該中火茶を冷凍
又は凍結体としてなり、該冷凍又は凍結体を嗜好者が解
凍後、好みに応じて揉成或いは乾燥して賞味するように
