Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ハウジング内部をダイアフラムによつて基準圧
力室と流入ポートおよび流出ポートを備えた圧力
制御室とに区画形成すると共に、上記ダイアフラ
ムの移動によつて上記流出ポートに設けた弁座に
接離して流出ポートを開閉する弁体をダイアフラ
ムに取付けた保持板に保持した圧力制御弁におい
て、 上記弁体を上記保持板に設けた収納凹部に遊嵌
せしめ、さらに弁体の背面側に弁体を圧力制御室
側に付勢する弾性部材を介装すると共に、上記収
納凹部に弁体脱落防止用のストツパを設けたこと
を特徴とする圧力制御弁。
