態で正気室3に空気を圧送すると同室3の開口部3に対
応する7−15の上面が圧気によって下方に押えられフ
ープ5の下面が受面2に圧接し、同室3内の空気は開口
部3の外周縁4とフープ5の上面との間から外部に排出
され、同外周縁4と7−プ5の上面との間に排出空気層
が形成され、同空気層のためにフープ5の上面は上記外
周縁4に接触しない。この状態においてツー15を牽引
することによって同フー15を緊張させることができる

の前後に設けなフープ下面吸引函、19はその上面フェ
ルト、20はフリー案内ローラ、21はブレーキローラ
