Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 顕微鏡用スライドガラス上で使用する裏面
に粘着剤を着けたプラスチツク製のわくで、抗原
と反応させる抗体溶液の流出を防止し、簡易に脱
着できることを特徴とするプラスチツク製のわく
。 (2) 抗原・抗体反応を行う検体が凍結組織切片
、パラフイン包埋組織切片、塗抹標本である第1
項記載の抗体溶液の流出を防止するためのプラス
チツク製のわく。 (3) 免疫組織染色の技法が蛍光抗体法、ABC
法、PAP法などである第1項記載の抗体溶液の
流出を防止するためのプラスチツク製のわく。 (4) プラスチツクが、半硬質塩化ビニールであ
ることを特徴とする第1項記載の抗体溶液の流出
を防止するためのプラスチツク製のわく。
