In addition, as a method to eliminate the work of removing formwork on site and to save labor and shorten the construction period, precast boards (hereinafter referred to as PC boards) are manufactured at the factory or near the construction site.
There is a method in which the manufactured PC board is set at a floor board construction position, and then the set PC board is used as a pouring form and concrete is poured on top of it.

(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, in the conventional floor board construction method, it takes time and effort to construct and remove formwork and supports, and the bond strength at the joint between the PC board and the upper concrete that is poured later is is weak,
The problem of reinforcing this part remained, and the sound insulation method for the floorboards had to be done after the horizontal construction of the concrete floor slab as mentioned above, resulting in a lot of effort and construction time.

(Means for Solving the Problems) Therefore, as a result of repeated research in order to solve the above problems, the inventor of the present invention has developed a deck plate that uses one side of the concrete formwork and the other side between the ribs. For this purpose, we developed an integrated formwork by filling sound absorbing and sound insulating material layers sandwiching them, and placing a ceiling base material layer on top of them, and used this to pour concrete on site. The present invention was completed based on the discovery that sound-insulating floorboards can be easily obtained and the problems associated with conventional floorboard construction can be solved at once.

That is, the present invention provides a sound absorbing/sound insulating layer, which is characterized in that a sound absorbing/sound insulating material layer is fixed in the recesses on one side between the protruding ribs of the deck plate, and a ceiling base material layer is provided overlying the sound absorbing/sound insulating material layer. It is a slab formwork equipped with.

In the illustrated example, another rib member 6 is provided above the inside of the rib portion 3 to further reinforce the slab formwork 1, but the present invention is not limited to this. Below the sound absorbing material layer 4 and the sound insulating material layer 5 sandwiched therein, a ceiling base material layer 7 is layered over the entire surface thereof.

First, the slab formwork of the present invention is set at the floor board 11I position, and at this time, for example, a reinforcing bar truss 8 is placed on the flat part 2 of the slab formwork 1 as shown in the figure to further reinforce the slab floor board. From there, concrete is introduced and poured into the upper slab concrete placement section 9.

The slab formwork main body 1 of the present invention is a steel deck plate,
Structurally, the concrete poured into the rib portion 3 acts as a beam and has excellent strength, so a small amount of concrete poured on site is sufficient. It is sufficient to cover the top with a few C of brass concrete. The fact that less concrete is cast on site means that the work and construction period on site are shortened, the weight of the floor itself is also reduced, and the structure is improved. It is also very preferable.

(Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the above explanation, the present invention is characterized by sandwiching a sound absorbing/insulating material layer in the concave portion on one side between the protruding rib portions of the deck plate 1, and layering the sound absorbing/insulating material layer on the layer to form a ceiling base material. Since it is a slab formwork with a layered structure of sound absorbing and sound insulating layers, ■ there is no need to remove the slab formwork after construction, which greatly shortens the work procedure and construction period for horizontal floorboard construction.
