Claims (1)
- ロータリエンジンのロータハウジング内で回転
するロータの外周の各頂部に該ロータの幅全体に
わたつて形成したシール溝に細長い板状をなすア
ペツクスシールを嵌合し、該アペツクスシールを
その下縁と前記シール溝の溝底との間に装着した
弾性体の弾力により該シール溝から突出する方向
に付勢して前記アペツクスシールの上縁に形成し
たシール面を前記ロータハウジングの内周面に弾
接させることにより、該内周面と前記ロータの外
周の頂部との間をシールするようにしたアペツク
スシール装置において、前記弾性体を、金属細線
を編成した金属メツシユで成形したことを特徴と
するロータリエンジンにおけるロータのアペツク
スシール装置。
