に関し、詳しくは特開昭54−131408号発明の化粧
板にクツシヨン性能を附与した立体模様化粧板に

盛り上げて印刷した透明なインク層を構成するこ
とにより、従来の合成樹脂発泡シートにより製造
されていた建材と類似する見掛けと性能を提供す

上面の一部分に同調した可撓性を有する透明盛り
上げインク層5を形成する。インク層を盛り上げ
る方法としてはスクリーン印刷法により行なう。
透明盛り上げインクのビヒクルとしては例えばア
クリル樹脂、酢酸ビニル樹脂エマルジヨン、エポ
キシ樹脂、ウレタン樹脂、塩化ビニール樹脂など
をゴム弾性や可撓性を有する様に変性して用い
る。なおスクリーンを目づまりさせないため水溶
性のベヒクルが好ましい。体質顔料を添加する場
合は例えばシリカまたはステアリン酸亜鉛、また
はガラスビーズなどの透明顔料を少量用い、着色
剤を使用するときは通常の透明性の染料を使用す
る方が好ましい。この盛り上がり部分は透明であ
ることが必要で、半透明の場合でも少なくとも下
の平坦模様が透いて見える程度の透明度を必要と

アクリルエマルジヨン樹脂インクを用いてスクリ
ーン印刷機にて凸状模様を形成させ、乾燥して厚
