The invention of JP-A No. 54-131408 involves forming a flat pattern on the surface of a commonly used printing substrate such as paper, plastic film, metal plate, wood board, inorganic board, etc. by a commonly used printing method, and then printing a desired part of the pattern. A three-dimensional patterned decorative board is created in which raised pattern parts that are in sync with the pattern are formed using transparent ink by screen printing, and the flat pattern appears to partially stand out due to the lens effect of the transparent ink layer. This is the manufacturing method.

In other words, the present invention consists of a flat sheet-like layer having cushioning properties on the surface of a conventional substrate via an adhesive layer, a flat printed pattern layer on the top surface, and a flexible layer partially aligned with the flat printed pattern on the top surface. The most characteristic feature of the three-dimensional patterned decorative board is that it is composed of a transparent raised ink layer having a transparent raised ink layer, and finally a flexible transparent coating layer that covers the entire surface of the decorative board. The point is that the upper surface of a flat sheet with cushioning properties has a flat printed pattern on it, and a transparent ink layer is printed in a pattern that partially matches the pattern, making it possible to manufacture it using conventional synthetic resin foam sheets. The aim is to provide appearance and performance similar to conventional building materials.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a commonly used board, such as a wooden board such as plywood or particle board, an inorganic board such as gypsum board or gypsum slate board, or a metal board or plastic board. 2 indicates an adhesive layer, which is a layer for adhering the flat sheet-like material having the cushioning properties of 3 to the substrate 1, and may be used to bond the sheet-like material 3 to the substrate 1 with a commonly used adhesive or by heating. . The flat sheet-like material layer having cushioning properties in item 3 is a sheet-like material made of a low-foamed synthetic resin such as polypropylene, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, or polyurethane, rubber, or cork, and has a thickness of about 1 to 10 mm.

4 is a commonly used flat pattern printed on the top surface, which is usually a 2-3 plate overprint pattern printed by a commonly used printing method such as gravure printing, offset printing, letterpress printing, intaglio printing, or flexographic printing. The flat printed pattern 4 may be printed directly on the upper surface of the flat sheet layer 3 having cushioning properties, or it may be printed on a decorative sheet 7 printed on thin paper, plastic film, synthetic paper, etc. as shown in FIG.
You may also paste. Then, the flat printed pattern layer 4
A transparent raised ink layer 5 having conformal flexibility is formed on a portion of the upper surface. A screen printing method is used to build up the ink layer.
As the vehicle for the transparent raised ink, for example, acrylic resin, vinyl acetate resin emulsion, epoxy resin, urethane resin, vinyl chloride resin, etc. are used after being modified to have rubber elasticity and flexibility. Note that a water-soluble vehicle is preferred in order to avoid clogging the screen. When adding extender pigments, it is preferable to use small amounts of transparent pigments such as silica or zinc stearate, or glass beads, and when using colorants, it is preferable to use ordinary transparent dyes. This raised part needs to be transparent, and even if it is semi-transparent, it needs to be so transparent that at least the flat pattern underneath can be seen through.

In addition, in order to further increase the effect of the present invention by increasing the amount of transfer, it is necessary to use a material with a high solid content, for example, non-volatile content of 50% or more, and the viscosity is also, for example, 30,000 to 50,000 centipoise, or higher in some cases. A certain amount of thixotropy is imparted by adding an amino resin or the like in some cases. In addition, the ink used in the present invention causes leveling upon application, but at this time, only the edges of the raised portions are removed, and the viscosity and thixotropy, which cause the pattern to flow outward and become disordered, are undesirable.

Finally, a flexible transparent top coat layer 6 is formed to protect the surface of the decorative board and provide a decorative effect.
The paint used is preferably a polyurethane resin or acrylic resin paint modified to have flexibility.

Since the decorative board of the present invention has the above-mentioned structure, the transparent raised ink layer is printed in sync with the required portions of the gradated flat colored pattern, and the screen ink layer itself not only becomes a three-dimensional pattern, but also It acts as a convex lens, emphasizing the three-dimensional effect, and has cushioning properties when pressed with hands or feet, making it possible to industrially provide large quantities of decorative laminates at low cost, making them ideal for use as decorative laminates for floors. .

[Example] A decorative film was prepared by printing a floral pattern in three colors on the entire surface of a 0.05 mm thick vinyl chloride resin film using a gravure printing machine. Then the film was made to a thickness of 12
The foaming magnification was approximately 10 times, which was attached to the surface of a 2 mm thick polyolefin resin sheet using the same ethylene resin-modified vinyl acetate resin adhesive. . Next, a convex pattern is formed using a screen printer using an acrylic emulsion resin ink that has been modified to have flexibility in accordance with the pattern area that will become the convex portion on the printing film, and is then dried to create a thickness. The screen ink layer was 200mm thick.
