紙では耐水性がなく、はがれやすく、プラスチツ
クフイルムでは伸びるため、タイル模様がズレを
生じる。いずれにしても、通常の印刷ではタイル
と目地の間の凹凸感が得られない。

図面を参照して説明すれば、本考案のタイル調
石膏ボードは、第1図に示すように、ポリ塩化ビ
ニルの基材シート11上に透明な硬化型合成樹脂
の層13を表面が光沢を有するように設け、さら
にタイル貼りの目地に相当する部分にツヤ消し印
刷層14を設けることによりタイルを表現してな
るタイル調化粧シート1を、石膏ボード2に貼り
合わせて構成したものである。
所望により、第2図に示すように、タイル調の
絵柄の印刷層12を有する基材シート11を使用
する。
ポリ塩化ビニルの基材シートは、厚さ50〜
200μ、可塑剤20PHR以下、グロス値75以上、好
ましくは、厚さ70〜150μ、可塑剤15PHR以下、
グロス値90以上のものを使用する。可塑剤の含有
量が低い硬質のシートを用いると、化粧シートの
伸びが小さく、模様のズレが少なくてよい。
透明な硬化型合成樹脂としては、ポリエステル
(メタ)アクリレート、ポリウレタン(メタ)ア
クリレート、エポキシ(メタ)アクリレート、不
飽和ポリエステル樹脂、ジアリルフタレートなど
の樹脂が利用できる。
この樹脂の層はグラビアコート法などの任意の
手段により基材シート11上に均一に塗布し、表
面が光沢を有するように形成する。硬化は、それ
ぞれの樹脂に応じた既知の技術によつて行なえば
よい。
タイル調の絵柄の印刷を行なう場合は、通常の
印刷インキを用いて、グラビアそのほか任意の方
法で実施すればよい。
ツヤ消しインキは、硬化型合成樹脂をベヒクル
とし、これにツヤ消し剤、溶剤、場合によつては
顔料を配合して調製する。硬化型合成樹脂は、ア
ミノアルキツド樹脂、ウレタン系樹脂、アクリル
ウレタン系樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、フエノール
樹脂、メラミン樹脂などから選択使用する。ツヤ
消し剤としては、顔料、炭酸カルシウム、炭酸マ
グネシウム、硫酸バリウム、シリカなどの粉末を
使用する。シリカ系充填剤が最適である。
ツヤ消し印刷層は、上記インキ組成物を使用し
グラビアそのほか任意の方法で印刷して形成す
る。この場合、ツヤ消し印刷層は、顔料を選択し
てタイルの色と異なる色または同色で濃度の異な
る色に着色してもよいし、顔料を使用せずに透明
にしてもよい。
石膏ボードは、建材の製造に常用されているも
のを使用すればよい。
タイル調化粧シートの石膏ボードへの貼り合せ
は、常用の接着剤を使用して実施すればよい。

Matting ink is prepared by using a curable synthetic resin as a vehicle and blending it with a matting agent, a solvent, and in some cases, a pigment. The curable synthetic resin is selected from among aminoalkyd resins, urethane resins, acrylic urethane resins, polyester resins, phenolic resins, melamine resins, and the like. As the matting agent, powders such as pigments, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, barium sulfate, and silica are used. Silica-based fillers are optimal. The matte printing layer is formed by printing using the above-mentioned ink composition by gravure or any other arbitrary method. In this case, the matte printing layer may be colored with a different color from the tile color or the same color but with a different density by selecting a pigment, or may be made transparent without using any pigment. Gypsum board that is commonly used in the manufacture of building materials may be used. The tile-like decorative sheet may be attached to the gypsum board using a commonly used adhesive.

その上に黒色のツヤ消しインキ(主剤100重量
部、硬化剤15重量部)を用いて、タイルの目地に
相当する部分を格子状にグラビア印刷し、タイル
部分がツヤのある白色で目地部分が黒い凹部に見
える、タイル調化粧シートを得た。
このシートを石膏ボードに貼り合わせて、タイ

化させた。
さらにその上に、茶色のツヤ消しインキ(主剤
100重量部、硬化剤15重量部)を用いて、タイル
の目地に相当する部分を格子状にグラビア印刷し
た。このようにして、タイルが凸部、目地が凹部
に見える、タイル調化粧シートを得た。
このシートを石膏ボードに貼り合わせて、タイ
ル調石膏ボードを得た。
考案の効果
本考案のタイル調石膏ボードは、従来の製品に
くらべると、目地の部分が凹部感を有し、従つて
タイル部分が凸部に感じられる、実際のタイルに
近い意匠性の高いものである。この石膏ボード
は、化粧シートが耐水性などの表面物性において
すぐれている。また、タイル模様のズレを最小限
に抑えることができ、日本の住居において標準的
