  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (イ) ハンドリム５とチエーンホイール６を組み
    合わせた回転軸８と、大車輪１とスパーギヤー１
    ０とベベルギヤー１２，１２′を組み合わせた回
    転軸９の間に、チエーンホイール７とスパーギヤ
    ー１０′とウオーム１１′およびウオームホイー
    ル１１を組み合わせた中間伝導軸１３を介在させ
    、それぞれ偏心して平行に配列してなる回転伝達
    機構をフレーム４の左右両側に設けてクラツチ機
    構１５を連動させることにより、ハンドリム２を
    本体の進行方向と逆方向に操作することを特徴と
    する水平及び斜面両用の手動式車椅子。 (ロ) 回転軸８とチエーンホイール６，７を除い
    て、中間伝導軸にハンドリムを組み合わせてなる
