- 誘電体基板上に設けられた導体パターンによる
マイクロストリツプ線路を有するマイクロ波回路
と、一端が前記マイクロストリツプ線路に接続さ
れ他端が屈曲自在に開放された整合用導体片とを
具備し、前記整合用導体片の屈曲の度合を調整す
ることにより、前記マイクロ波回路の特性を最適
化可能とすることを特徴とするマイクロ波回路の
調整機構。
