Claims (1)
- マイクロストリツプ伝送路の地導体の一部に基
板と地導体との接触部を含んで形成した柱状の空
洞部分と、前記空洞部分に嵌入しかつ一端を傾斜
面としたうえ下面に直線ネジを配設した溝を有す
る柱状の金属体と、前記金属体の溝の直線ネジと
噛み合い前記金属体を前記空洞部分に沿つて滑動
させる金属ネジとを備えて成ることを特徴とする
位相調整回路。
