第１図は、本考案に従う発泡原料注入口構造を
備えたヘツドレストの一例を示す、上下転倒させ
た形態の一部切欠き斜視図である。第２図は、第
１図のヘツドレストの袋状表皮におけるフイルム
材の配設部位の縫製接合部位を示す要部断面図で
あり、第３図は、同じく、発泡原料注入口形成部
位を示す要部断面図である。第４図は、第１図の
ヘツドレストの袋状表皮の内側に発泡原料を注入
する工程を示す第３図に対応する断面図であり、
第５図は、その発泡原料の発泡操作時における袋
状表皮の成形型に対するセツト状態を示す一部切

Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] A sewn outer skin formed by foaming a predetermined foaming raw material inside a bag-shaped skin formed by sewing and joining a plurality of skin materials. In the integrally foamed molded product, a foaming raw material is formed in the bag-shaped skin so that the inside and outside of the skin are in communication, and allows the foaming raw material to be injected into the inside of the skin through a predetermined nozzle that is inserted. In the entrance structure, two films are arranged between predetermined corresponding ends of the skin materials to be sewn and joined so as to protrude by a predetermined distance from the overlapped portion of the ends toward the outer surface side of the bag-like skin material. By arranging the materials in a superimposed state and sewing and joining the ends of the skin material on which the film materials are arranged, leaving a part of it unjoined, it is possible to separate the parts in the unjoined parts. A foam raw material injection port structure for an integrally foamed molded product having a sewn outer skin, characterized in that an overlapping portion of the film material serves as an injection port for inserting the nozzle.
