しめられることによつて形成される、縫製外皮を
備えた一体発泡成形品において、前記袋状の表皮
にその内外を連通する状態で形成され、挿入され
る所定のノズルを通じて該表皮内に前記所定の発
泡原料が注入せしめられることを許容する発泡原
料の注入口構造であつて、 前記縫製接合されるべき表皮材の所定の相対応
する端末が、前記袋状の表皮の内側に位置するよ
うに、所定の重ね合わせ代をもつて重ね合わされ
ると共に、その重ね合わせ部の所定の部位におい
て、一方の表皮材端末の先端部が他方の表皮材端
末の先端部で所定の折代をもつて折り返されて、
該他方の表皮材端末の先端部を所定幅で挾み付け
る折返し構造とされ、且つかかる折返し構造の重
ね合わせ部が、その基部から先端部に向う所定距
離隔てた２条の縫目をもつて縫製接合せしめられ
ることにより、該２条の縫目間の重ね合わせ部分
が、前記ノズルを強制的に押入して前記袋状表皮
内側に挿入せしめるための注入口とされたことを
特徴とする縫製外皮を備えた一体発泡成形品の発
