When the inclination angle of the slope is large, the oil level OL of the hydraulic oil 5 inclines greatly as shown by the imaginary line. For example, when the oil level becomes OL', a part of the suction port of the suction pipe 11 Or the whole thing is oil level OL'
exposed and inhaling air. Also, the oil level is OL.
When ' is reached, part or all of the discharge port of the return pipe 10 is exposed from the oil surface OL', and the discharged oil agitates the oil surface and causes the hydraulic oil 5 to bubble with air.

It is blocked, and if it tilts any further, it will be limited to the tilt of the oil level in each chamber. This reduces the drop in the oil level in the upper chamber and prevents the suction pipe or return pipe from being exposed above the oil level.

FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view of a hydraulic oil tank according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a plan view thereof, and FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along the ■-■ arrow in FIG. The two items represent the same or equivalent item. This hydraulic oil tank is provided with a partition wall 17 to divide the inside of the tank into two chambers 18 and 19, and a communication opening 20 is provided in the partition wall 17 below the oil level of the hydraulic oil 5. A pipe 21 having a predetermined length and open at both ends is installed through the partition wall 17 appropriately above the surface OL, and air is circulated between the two chambers 18 and 19 through the pipe 21. It is configured so that Therefore, chamber 18°19

The oil level in the chambers 18 and 19 alone is tilted because it cannot be moved, thereby reducing the drop in the oil level on the chamber 19 side.

Since the suction port No. 1 can be kept in a position where it is not exposed, it is possible to prevent air from entering the hydraulic oil and from air being sucked in. As a result, the hydraulic actuator can generate a predetermined hydraulic pressure, and the life of the hydraulic equipment is also extended.

Although an example using a pipe 16 with both ends open is shown, other shapes may be used as long as the air communication effect is the same.
