- 熱電対と、該熱電対の冷接点に接続するリード
線と、該熱電対の冷接点側と該リード線のいずれ
か一方又は双方を覆う可撓性の絶縁管と、該絶縁
管を固定する板金加工の固定部材とから成る熱電
対装置。
