Traditionally, to construct reinforced concrete slabs,
The method used was to combine formwork to partition the space that forms the floor slab, place reinforcing bars in this space, pour concrete, and then remove the formwork after the concrete hardens. It requires a lot of labor, such as assembling, removing, transporting, and organizing a large number of materials such as formwork and supports, and applying release agent to the formwork surface.
The drawback is that construction costs are extremely high, so the so-called waste formwork method, in which the formwork is buried integrally in concrete without removing it, is currently popular.

The waste form frame method is a method in which deck plates are overlapped and mounted on the top surface of the steel beam, but in this method, the top surface of the deck plate cannot be set on the same plane as the top surface of the steel beam, so the steel beam The distance from the top of the concrete to the top of the concrete is long, and a large amount of concrete and finishing materials are consumed.

For this reason, a flat deck plate disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 56-41012 has recently been developed and used. As shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 2 having a hollow triangular cross section are bent in parallel at regular intervals on the lower surface side of a horizontal plate 1, and a connecting piece 3 is formed at one end parallel to the reinforcing ribs 2. FIG. 2 shows a flat deck plate 5 formed by folding down the reinforcing ribs 2 and crushing both ends of the reinforcing ribs 2 to form planar mounting pieces 4 at both ends of the plate 1 perpendicular to the reinforcing ribs 2. The top surface of the flat deck plate 5 and the top surface of the steel beam 6 are set to be approximately on the same plane, and the distance from the top surface of the steel beam 6 to the top of the concrete is This saves on concrete and finishing materials, and also eliminates the need to close the ends of the reinforcing ribs.

To connect the steel beams 6 on both sides, the connecting piece 3 at one end is press-fitted into the reinforcing rib 2 at the other end of the adjacent flat deck plate 5, as shown in FIG. There is. In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, in the case of a flat deck plate 5' having two L-shaped reinforcing ribs 2' folded over, the connecting piece 3 at one end is connected to the other side of the adjacent flat deck plate 5'. It is press-fitted into two reinforcing ribs 2' at the end.

In order to connect the flat deck plates 5, 5' in this manner, the means for press-fitting and clamping the connecting piece 3 at one end onto the reinforcing ribs 2, 2' at the other end is carried out during concrete pouring. Since the connecting piece 3 tends to float up and therefore easily comes off, it must be fixed by welding or the like.

This connection of the flat deck plate 5'' does not cause the locking piece 7' to come off due to lifting.
If the locking pieces 7, 7' are deformed, it is difficult to connect them. When making a connection, the locking piece 7' cannot be dropped from above and engaged with the locking piece 7, so the flat deck plate 5 is connected using the flat deck plate 5'' mounted between the steel beams 6 as a foothold. ” must be engaged while sliding sideways by pulling or pushing. Therefore, the workability is extremely poor.

As can be seen from the above explanation, when the flat deck plate of the present invention is successively installed between steel beams and connected to an adjacent flat deck plate, the V
The workability is extremely high because the engagement connection can be made simply by press-fitting the retaining piece at the other end of the adjacent flat deck plate into the shaped joint from above. In addition, the retaining piece is prevented from lifting up and will never come off, so there is no need to weld it in place like in the past, and there is no leakage when concrete is placed on the flat deck plate, and the reinforcing ribs do not come off. Since there is no press-fitting of the stopper piece, the strength will not decrease due to expansion. Therefore, there is no possibility that the connecting portion will be depressed by concrete pouring, and the reinforced concrete slab can be constructed safely and accurately.
