Traditionally, to construct reinforced concrete slabs,
The method used was to combine formwork to partition the space that forms the floor slab, place reinforcing bars in this space, pour concrete, and then remove the formwork after the concrete hardens. Currently, there is a disadvantage that construction costs are extremely high, as it requires a great deal of labor such as assembling, removing, transporting, and organizing a large number of materials such as formwork and supports, and applying release agent to the formwork surface. The so-called waste formwork method, in which the formwork is buried integrally in concrete without removing it, is becoming popular.

The waste form frame method is a method in which deck plates are overlapped and mounted on the top surface of the steel beam, but in this method, the top surface of the deck plate cannot be set on the same plane as the top surface of the steel beam, so the steel beam The distance from the top of the concrete to the top of the concrete is long, and a large amount of concrete and finishing materials are consumed.

For this reason, this method is recently disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 56-41012. Flat deck plates have been developed and are in use. As shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 2 having a hollow triangular cross section are bent in parallel at regular intervals on the lower surface side of a horizontal plate 1, and a connecting piece 3 is formed at one end parallel to the reinforcing ribs 2. fold down,
A flat deck plate 5 is obtained by crushing both ends of the reinforcing ribs 2 to form a planar mounting piece 4 on both ends of the plate 1 perpendicular to the reinforcing rib 2, as shown in FIG. At 4, it is mounted between 6 steel beams,
The top surface of the flat deck plate 5 and the top surface of the steel beam 6 are set to be approximately on the same plane, thereby shortening the distance from the top surface of the steel beam 6 to the top of the concrete, saving concrete and finishing materials, and furthermore, both ends of the reinforcing rib Eliminates the need to close the edges of the

To connect the steel beams 6 on both sides, the connecting piece 3 at one end is press-fitted into the reinforcing rib 2 at the other end of the adjacent flat deck plate 5, as shown in FIG. There is. In addition, as shown in FIG. 4, in the case of a flat deck plate 5' having two L-shaped reinforcing ribs 2' folded over, the connecting piece 3 at one end is connected to the other side of the adjacent flat deck plate 5'. It is press-fitted into two reinforcing ribs 2' at the end.

In order to connect the flat deck plates 5, 5' in this manner, the means for press-fitting and clamping the connecting piece 3 at one end onto the reinforcing ribs 2, 2' at the other end is carried out during concrete pouring. Since the connecting piece 3 tends to float up and therefore easily comes off, it must be fixed by welding or the like.

This connection of the flat deck plate 5'' does not cause the locking piece 7' to come off due to lifting.
When engaging the locking piece 7' with the locking piece 7, it is not possible to drop the locking piece 7' from above and engage the locking piece 7 as it is, so a flat deck plate mounted between the steel beams 6 is used. 5" as a foothold, the connected flat deck plate 5" must be pulled or pushed to slide sideways and engage. Therefore, the workability is extremely poor.

An embodiment of the flat deck plate according to the present invention will be described below with reference to FIG. 6. On the lower surface of the horizontal plate 1, there are a plurality of reinforcing ribs 2, in this example three reinforcing ribs 2 having a hollow triangular cross section, arranged at regular intervals. The reinforcing ribs 2 are bent in parallel, and both ends of the reinforcing ribs 2 are crushed to form planar mounting pieces 4 at both ends of the plate 1 perpendicular to the reinforcing ribs 2. Note that the reinforcing ribs are not limited to hollow triangular cross sections, but can also be L-shaped or inverted T-shaped.

A recess 8 having a semicircular cross section is provided at one end of the plate 1 parallel to the reinforcing rib 2 (the right end in the figure), which is connected to the one end and abuts the outer surface of the reinforcing rib 2 on the lower side thereof. Furthermore, a joint 10 is formed which is connected to the recessed part 8 and has a horizontally V-shaped hook part 9 diagonally upward, and both ends (front and rear ends) of this joint 10 are crushed in the same way as the above-mentioned frame piece 4. There is. A horizontal V-shaped retaining piece 11 that engages with the hook portion 9 of the joint 10 is formed obliquely below the other end of the plate 1 parallel to the reinforcing rib 2 (the left end in the figure). The anterior and posterior ends) have been removed.

The outer tip of the hook portion 9 of the joint 10 is made lower than the plate 1 by the thickness of the plate 1, so that the retaining piece 11 engages with the hook portion 9 so that the other end of the plate 1 becomes the hook portion. It is designed so that it is horizontal when it rests on the outer tip of No. 9.

The flat deck plate 12 of the present invention configured as described above is mounted between the steel beams 6 (see FIG. 2) using the mounting pieces 4, and the flat deck plate 11
The upper surface and the upper surface of the steel beam 6 are set to be approximately the same plane, and the flat deck plate 1 is placed in the longitudinal direction of the steel beam 6.
The same flat deck plates 12 as in 2 are mounted and connected one after another. That is, using the flat deck plate 12 mounted between the steel beams 6 as a foothold, the adjacent flat deck plate 12 is oriented vertically as shown in FIG. ,
This retaining piece 11 is dropped into the joint 10 at one end of the flat deck plate 12 serving as a foothold, and then the vertically oriented flat deck plate 12 is lowered forward as shown in FIG. 7b to prevent it from coming off. The piece 11 is engaged with the hook part 9 of the joint 10 to connect it, and at the same time is placed between the steel beams 6, and this process is repeated sequentially thereafter.

In this way, each flat deck plate 12 is on the same plane because the other end of the plate 1 rests on the outer tip of the hook portion 9, which is lower by the thickness of the plate 1.
Even if the stopper piece 11 tries to lift up, it is engaged with the hook part 9 of the joint 10, so that lifting is completely prevented and it will not come off. Joint 10
Since the outer surface of the recess 8 having a semicircular cross section is in contact with the outer surface of the reinforcing rib 2, when the flat deck plate 12 is connected, the other end of the flat deck plate 12 connected to the inside of the joint 10 does not come off. Even if the stopper piece 11 is dropped and the flat deck plate 12 is placed on it, the joint 10 will not be deformed.

As can be seen from the above explanation, when the flat deck plate of the present invention is sequentially connected and mounted between steel beams,
Place the adjacent flat deck plate vertically into the joint at one end of the previously mounted flat deck plate, drop the retaining piece at the other end, and then lower the flat deck plate forward. As a result, the retaining piece automatically engages and connects the hook of the joint, resulting in extremely good work efficiency and extremely safe work, especially when the front is in a high space and the scaffolding is only a steel beam. In addition, the retaining piece is completely prevented from lifting up and will never come off, so there is no need to weld it in place like in the past, and there is no leakage when concrete is placed on the flat deck plate. Since there is no press-fitting of the retaining piece, there is no possibility that the joint will be expanded and the strength will decrease, and since the joint is supported by coming into contact with the outer surface of the reinforcing rib, it will not be deformed. Therefore, there is no possibility that the connecting portion will be depressed by concrete pouring, and the reinforced concrete slab can be constructed safely and accurately.
