As shown in Figure 30, a metal plate such as a steel plate is bent to form a face plate portion (1) with a flat surface, and reinforcing portions (2) (lower ribs) along the longitudinal direction at multiple locations in the width direction of the back surface. Some were formed into an isosceles triangle shape. This deck plate has flat parts (3) formed by crushing the reinforcing parts (2) at both ends, and engaging parts (4) and (5) that engage the deck plates adjacent to both sides. was formed.

。(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) Conventional deck plates are made by bending a single steel plate or the like to integrally form a reinforcing part on the back side of the face plate part, so they cannot be easily formed using a large press machine, etc. The problem is that the processing conditions are severe and that distortion due to concentrated stress or cracking of the material such as the steel plate occurs when a flat part with crushed reinforcing parts is provided at both ends. Furthermore, there was a problem in that some of the concrete poured onto the surface of the deck plate entered the reinforcement part through the gaps on the upper edge of the reinforcement part, resulting in wasted concrete.

Therefore, a large and powerful molding machine is not required, and the molding machine can be compact and processed. A molding machine with relatively low pressure can be used, especially when flat parts are to be provided at both ends. can be fixed to the mounting portion formed on the back surface of the face plate by welding or caulking, so that the flat portion is less likely to be distorted or cracked, and a highly accurate deck plate can be obtained. Then, since the front side of the reinforcing member is covered with the face plate,
Concrete does not enter inside the reinforcing member, and
Depending on the usage conditions, it is possible to attach multiple types of reinforcing members with different thicknesses to one type of face plate, such as fixing a thicker reinforcing member to a face plate of the same thickness to increase strength. , can save material costs.

By engaging and supporting the flange (18) and the mounting part (13) by spot welding or the like, the flange (18) and the mounting part (13) are engaged and supported at multiple locations on the back surface of the face plate (11). By fixing the reinforcing members (12), the deck plate of this example can be obtained as shown in FIG. 4. Note that the flange (18) is attached to the mounting part (
When welding to 13), the face plate (11) is turned upside down, the mounting part (13) is used as an upward stand, and the flange (18) of the reinforcing member (12), which is turned inside out, is supported on these. This allows welding to be performed with good workability, and the flanges (18) extend to both ends of the mounting portion (13).

When fixing the flange to the mounting part of the face plate (11) by welding or caulking, the side plates, bottom parts, etc. do not get in the way, and the flange can be fixed to the face plate (c) with good workability.

Since it is only necessary to cut it into a car, it is possible to obtain a deck plate with good workability and at a low cost.

It is also easy to seal both ends of the face plate supported above.

効果が得られる。(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, the deck plate of the present invention has mounting portions extending in the longitudinal direction formed at multiple locations in the width direction on the back surface of the face plate, and these mounting portions are provided on both sides of the front side edge of the reinforcing member. Since the outwardly protruding flange is supported and fixed, and the plurality of reinforcing members are arranged along the longitudinal direction of the back surface of the face plate, the following effects can be obtained.

Therefore, a large and powerful molding machine is required, and a small and powerful molding machine is required. In particular, a small molding machine will do the trick.
Even when flat parts are provided at both ends, the flat parts are formed at both ends before fixing the reinforcing member to the face plate,
Thereafter, the flange of the reinforcing member may be fixed to the mounting portion formed on the back surface of the face plate by welding or caulking, so that distortion or cracking of the flat portion is less likely to occur, and a highly accurate deck plate can be obtained. Since the front side of the reinforcing member is covered with the face plate, concrete does not get inside the reinforcing member.
Fixing thick reinforcing members to increase strength, etc.
Multiple types of reinforcing members with different plate thicknesses can be attached to one type of face plate, saving material costs.
