パイプを貫通するガス通路内に導入すると共に、
該ライトパイプのガス通路の一方より赤外光を入
射し、他方のガス通路より出射する出射光を検出
器により検出し、この検出信号をフーリエ変換す
る装置において、前記ライトパイプの一方のガス
通路端部付近に分離流出物を導入するための導入
用流路を形成したことを特徴とするガスクロマト
グラフーフーリエ変換赤外分光光度計。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ＧＣからの分離流出物をライトパイプを貫通す
    るガス通路内に導入すると共に、該ライトパイプ
    のガス通路の一方より赤外光を入射し、他方のガ
    ス通路より出射する出射光を検出器により検出し
    、この検出信号をフーリエ変換する装置において
    、前記ライトパイプの一方のガス通路端部付近に
    分離流出物を導入するための導入用流路を形成し
    たことを特徴とするＧＣ―ＦＴ／ＩＲ。
