Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ソース拡散層1とドレイン拡散層2とを備え
    た半導体基板3と;該半導体基板上に設けられた
    絶縁膜4と;雰囲気の湿度に応じてそのインピー
    ダンスが変化する特性を有し、該絶縁膜上に設け
    られた感湿部材5と;該感湿部材が周囲の雰囲気
    に接触するごとき雰囲気透過性をもち、かつ該感
    湿部材を覆つて付着されており、該ソース拡散層
    と該ドイレン拡散層の間の該半導体基板中に前記
    感湿部材のインピーダンスに対応した電流の通る
    チヤンネルを形成するための雰囲気透過性ゲート
    電極6とを備えた感湿素子。 前記感湿部材として、陽極酸化Al
    用いた事を特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    1項記載の感湿素子。
