本考案はベニヤ板等の平板状素材の両面に外装
紙を同時に貼着する装置に関し、特に従来では一
回の使用により廃棄される段ボール箱の外周面に
外装紙を貼着して段ボール箱の再使用を可能にで

材をさらに前方へ移送する上下一対の搬出ローラ
であり、モータにより搬送ローラ1,2と同方向
に回転している。Tは素材Sの移送用テーブルで
ある。そして搬送ラインの途中に位置する搬送ロ
ーラ2と圧接ローラ3との間に外装紙Kを起立状
態に支持する吸着体5を縦状に設置している。該
吸着体5は搬送ラインとなる中央部を空部Eと成
し、その他の枠体部にはエアーを吸引する吸引孔
5aを多数設けている。また吸着体5における中
央空部Eの上下部にも横方向に吸引孔6aを開口
した吸引管6が対設して圧接ローラ3と平行に取
付けてある。7は上下に対設したスプレー管であ
り、接着剤をほぼ夫々の吸引管6に向けて噴射で

ム枠8を固定軸9aと回動可能に支持された回動
枠9の先端に連設すると共に回動枠9に操作部材
10を固定し、該操作部材10を押上げるシリン

突出長さを変化できるよう取付けてあると共にそ
の下端前部には吸着剤8aを取付けている。また
12は回動枠9の後端に吊下げた平衡重りであ

給して搬送ラインに乗せるのである。これと共に
並列収容した一端の外装紙Kの上端部をアーム枠
8の下端に設けた吸着材8aでエアー吸引によつ
て吸着し(第2図仮想線参照)、ついてシリンダ
11を作動してそのロツド11aで操作部材10
を押上げるのである。これにより回動枠9が固定
軸9aを支点として回動する結果、アーム枠8も
上方向へ回動し外装紙Kを常時吸引している吸着
体5に吸着させるのである(第2図参照)。これ
により外装紙Kは起立した状態で支持されるので
ある。なお、この状態で吸着材8aは吸引を停止
して外装紙Kから離れているものであり、また吸
引管6は吸引作動をしていない。そしてモータM
の駆動による搬送ローラ1,2の回転により素材
Sが送られてくると素材Sが外装紙Kの中央に当
たつて前進するため外装紙Kを二つ折り状として
移送方向へ引つ張るのである(第4図参照)。こ
の際外装紙Kはスプレー管7によつて接着剤が吹
付けられるのであり、素材Sがさらに前進するこ
とにより引つ張られた外装紙Kは圧接ローラ3に
よつて空気を抜かれながら素材Sに圧着されるた
め素材Sの両面に外装紙Kを貼着できることにな
る(第5図、第6図参照)。なお、素材Sが外装
紙Kに当接する前に近接スイツチ、リミツトスイ
ツチ等で吸引管6を吸引作動させ、その上下の吸
引孔6aでも外装紙Kを吸着することにより外装
紙Kが強く張つた状態(第7図参照)となるため
接着剤を付けて湿つた外装紙Kをしわを生じるこ
となく素材Sに貼着できるのである。そして外装
紙Kを貼着した素材Sは搬出ローラ4で送られた
後、図示しないが素材Sを上下からプレス等して
その有する蓋片、底片との切込みSaを外装紙K
にも同位置に施している。なお、外装紙Kの貼着
が終了するとスプレー管7による接着剤の吹付け
停止及び吸引管6の吸引停止となり、シリンダ1

動して操作部材10の押上げ位置を変えることに
よりアーム枠8の回動角度も変化するため、予め
シリンダ11の位置とアーム枠8の長さを調節し
て所定の位置に外装紙を支持できるようにしてお

し等任意の機構が考えられる。なお、外装紙の裏
面に接着剤を付ける塗布機構も問わず、外装紙を
引出す際に塗布できるようにしてもよい。また外
装紙の貼着の際に接着剤により湿つた外装紙を張
持する張持手段として本例では吸引管を用いて吸
引張持したが、外装紙の滑りを悪くして引つ張ら
れた外装紙を張持できるよう単にガイド材を配置
する構成でもよく、適宜な手段が採用できるもの
である。さらに外装紙を両面に貼着する素材とし
ては、他にベニヤ板、板段ボール等の平板状のも
のが使用できる。要するに本考案は搬送ライン上
に備えた搬送装置とその前方に位置した搬出装置
との間に、一枚の外装紙を弱く吸着して支持し且
つ搬送ラインの通過用空部を中央に設けた吸着体
を立てて配置し、該吸着体に外装紙を運ぶ移送機
構及び外装紙の裏面に接着剤を付ける塗布機構を
備え、該吸着体の通過用空部に近接して搬出装置
との間に素材の両面を圧接する一対の圧接ローラ
を配置し、外装紙の貼着の際接着剤によつて湿つ
た部位を伸ばし得る外装紙の張持手段を吸着体と
圧接ローラとの間に搬送ラインをはさんで対設し
て成ることを特徴とする平板状素材の両面への外
