いにくいので現状はその裏面に木材、合板、金属
等で補強して使われている。その補強材の選定は
商品設計上非常に重要でありその商品の市場性を
左右する要因であり、特殊なシステム用途を除き
価格、重量、強度、加工性の点で木材や合板が、
優れており一般に多く採用されているが、化粧無
機質板のパネル補強材として必らずしも満足する
ものではない。その理由としては

接着したもの、あらかじめ数板重ねて熱圧成形し
厚さ0.3〜1.5mmに一体化したものを化粧無機質板
に接着剤で接着して成るもので合成樹脂含浸紙又
はその熱圧成形したものを化粧無機質板の裏面
に、いずれかの方法で接着した複合パネルであ
る。以下図によつて説明する。第1図、第2図、
第3図は本考案によるパネルの断面拡大図で、第
1図は、化粧無機質板aに合成樹脂含浸紙bを接
着剤cで3層に接着一体化した構成の断面拡大図
である。第2図は、化粧無機質板aに合成樹脂含
浸紙bを3枚重ねて熱圧成形し接着一体化した構
成の断面拡大図である。第3図は、成粧無機質板
aに合成樹脂含浸紙bを数板重ねて熱圧成形し一
体化した板状の物dを接着剤cで接着した構成の
