【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、反りや変形或いは割れ及び裂れ等の

木材単板や集成木材板の湿気や温度変化に伴う
収縮膨張によつて発生する反りや変形は、最終的
にこれら木材単板や集成木材板の割れや裂けとな
るため、建築用や家具用或いは包装箱用等の表面
材として木材単板や集成木材板を使用する場合に
は致命的な欠陥となる。そこで、板材としてパー
テイクルボードやハードボード等の芯材の表面に
極めて薄いベニヤ等の化粧材を貼着した化粧板
や、薄目の木材単板或いは集成木材板を相互に接
合した合板等が作られ始め、反りや割れ或いは裂
け等が発生せずしかも高強度で比較的安価な板材

向に延びる複数本のあり溝2が等間隔に刻設され
ており、このあり溝2にはそれぞれ当該あり溝2
と対応した断面形状の棒状をなす補強木材3が嵌
合係止されている。この場合、集成木材板1と補
強木材3との接合面には接着剤を塗布しておくこ
とが望ましく、これによつて集成木材板1から補
強木材3が抜け外れたりするような虞がなくな
る。又、本実施例では補強木材3の表面に集成木
材板1の表面と同一平面をなす繊維強化合成樹脂
シート4が貼着されており、これによつて補強木
材3の長手方向に沿つた集成木材板1の反りに対
する補強木材3の反発力(剛性)を増加してい
る。この繊維強化合成樹脂シート4は集成木材板
1と補強木材3との接合面に介在させることも可
