どの床材としては耐摩耗性を要求されることから
チーク材が使用されることが多いが、上記欠点の
ため厚さの厚いものを使用しなければならず、高

化する長繊維は有機もしくは無機の補強繊維が使
用され、特にガラス繊維が好ましい。また、樹脂
発泡体2としては、ガラス長繊維で補強したポリ
ウレタン樹脂発泡体の場合、ガラス長繊維含有量
が30〜50重量%で、平均発泡倍率が2〜4倍のも
のが比較的比重が小さくて機械的強度を有したも
のとなり好ましい。尚、図で矢印は長繊維の配列
