Traditionally, synthetic resin injection treated wood (Wood Plastic
Combination (hereinafter referred to as WPC sheet) uses injection-cured synthetic resin to significantly improve wear resistance, hardness, and bending strength compared to untreated wood sheets, and also increases the transparency of the wood sheets. Because it has a beautiful wood grain pattern, it is often used for surface decoration of various decorative materials including flooring.

However, although WPC thin plates have the above-mentioned advantages, they are harder and have inferior flexibility and elasticity compared to wood thin plates, so when handling them as they are or cutting them into a desired shape, the edges and cut edges may There is a risk that cracks or chips may occur in the WPC, resulting in a defective product. Also, when this WPC thin plate is attached to a base material, unevenness on the surface of the base material may cause poor compatibility between the adhesive surfaces. The problem is that adhesion failure occurs and the area becomes opaque, significantly impairing the cosmetic properties. The base material surface and the adhesion surface of the WPC thin plate must be smoothed, and surface treatment requires a great deal of time and effort. It was hot.

Furthermore, when a WPC thin plate is attached to a base material, if the fiber directions of the two sheets are approximately parallel, there is a drawback that cracks or cracks occur during processing such as bending.

In order to eliminate these drawbacks, this invention
An untreated thin wood board was attached to the back side of the WPC thin board so that its fiber direction was approximately perpendicular to the fiber direction of the WPC thin board, and a synthetic resin layer was provided on the back side of the untreated thin wood board. Of course, the direction parallel to the fiber direction of the WPC thin plate on the front side is
It enables bending even in perpendicular directions without causing cracks, and allows easy adhesion even on extremely uneven substrate surfaces, and even if left for a long time, it will not absorb moisture. To provide a reinforced decorative thin plate which can be easily bent along a curved surface without warping or twisting.

In addition, the type of wood for this WPC thin plate and the type of injected resin liquid may be appropriately selected from those other than those mentioned above, and are not particularly limited.
Further, an appropriate plasticizer may be mixed into the synthetic resin liquid.

Reference numeral 2 denotes an untreated thin wood board attached to the back side of the WPC thin board 1, and an appropriate thin wood board such as a rotary veneer such as lauan or apiton or a sliced veneer is used, and the fiber direction is the same as that of the WPC thin board 1. They are arranged and bonded together so as to be approximately perpendicular to the direction.

The WPC thin board 1 and the untreated wood thin board 2 may be attached by applying an appropriate adhesive.
Alternatively, the two may be integrated by interposing an adhesive sheet between them, or the resin liquid to be injected may have adhesive properties and be injected into the thin wood board, and then the WPC thin board 1 and the untreated thin wood board 2 may be bonded. They may be laminated and bonded together at the same time as the injected resin liquid of the WPC thin plate 1 is cured by hot-pressing.

In addition, the untreated thin wood board 2 mentioned in the present invention refers to one that has not been subjected to resin injection treatment, but has been subjected to other treatments such as insect repellent treatment, bleaching, coloring, etc. It may also be a thin wood board.

3 is a synthetic resin layer provided on the back side of the thin wood board 2;
It is formed by applying a synthetic resin liquid or pasting a synthetic resin sheet, and prevents moisture absorption from the back side of the untreated thin wood board 2, and prevents expansion of the untreated thin wood board 2 due to moisture absorption. This prevents the entire decorative thin plate from warping due to this.

That is, unlike the WPC thin board, the untreated thin wood board 2 expands due to moisture absorption, and if the entire decorative thin board is left for a long time, it will warp with the edges lifted. Therefore, when bending in the opposite direction, it becomes difficult to bend and there is a risk of cracks on the surface. However, by providing the synthetic resin layer 3, flatness can be maintained until it is attached to the base material. Bending can be performed in any direction.

As described above, the present invention integrates a single untreated thin wood board 2 on the back side of a synthetic resin injection-treated thin wood board 1 with the fiber directions of these thin wood boards 1 and 2 substantially perpendicular to each other. Since this is a reinforced decorative thin board that can be bent in the direction of When attached to the board, the unevenness of the surface of the board, etc.
The thin wood board 2 with the synthetic resin layer 3 layered on the back side absorbs the adhesive and improves the adhesion between the adhesive surfaces, which not only allows for sufficient adhesion to the curved surface of the base material to be pasted, but also allows the thin wood board 2 are overlapped so that the fiber direction of the synthetic resin injection-treated thin wood board 1 is approximately orthogonal to the fiber direction, and the synthetic resin layer 3 is provided on the back side of the untreated thin wood board 2, so that the synthetic resin injection The dimensional changes of the treated thin wood board 1 and the untreated thin wood board 2 due to absorption, moisture release, or temperature changes are suppressed to each other, resulting in extremely excellent dimensional stability, and the anisotropy of bending strength against bending is improved. It is possible to perform bending processing in the direction of , and even if a slight bending processing is performed (for example, processing a curved surface with a radius of curvature of 10 cm or less), cracks will not occur in the thin wooden board 1 treated with synthetic resin injection on the surface. be.

In addition, a synthetic resin layer 3 is formed on the back side of the untreated thin wood board 2.
By providing this, the thin wood board 2 will not expand due to moisture absorption even if it is left for a long time, and will prevent warping or cracking of the thin wood board 1 treated with synthetic resin injection on the surface side before bending. This does not occur and bending can be performed extremely easily.

Furthermore, if the synthetic resin injection-treated thin wood board 1 is cut alone in a direction perpendicular to its fiber direction, cracks and chips are likely to occur along the fiber direction, so great care must be taken when cutting. In the reinforced decorative thin board of the present invention, an untreated thin wood board 2 is attached to the back side of a synthetic resin injection-treated thin wood board 1 with the fiber directions substantially orthogonal to each other, so there is no possibility of such cracks or chips occurring. It has no cracking and has excellent cutting workability.
