Veneers, various types of decorative plywood, synthetic resin decorative boards, etc. are used. Among these, synthetic resin decorative boards such as melamine resin decorative boards have excellent physical properties such as water resistance, chemical resistance, and abrasion resistance, but there are several problems when using them as surface materials. It was hot. Figures 1 to 3 show cross-sectional views of conventional doors;
6 to 6 show enlarged perspective views of the corner portions of each door.

It is pasted. However, this door has the disadvantage that it tends to warp because the front and back surfaces have different configurations. Moreover, since the end adhesive material 5 is pasted, the cut surface 6 of the end adhesive material is visible from the front, resulting in a significantly poor appearance. Moreover, since it is necessary to attach two sheets of plywood 2 and melamine resin decorative board 3 to the front side, the manufacturing conditions become complicated and the manufacturing cost increases.

あつた。 Next, the door shown in FIGS. 2 and 5 has plywood 2 and melamine resin decorative board 3 on both the front and back sides of the edging material 1.
is attached, and a single material 7 is attached to the end face.
Since the front and back surfaces of this door have the same structure, warping is less likely to occur compared to the structure shown in FIG. 1, but warping may occur due to the expansion and contraction of the plywood 2. Furthermore, since it is necessary to attach the plywood 2 and the melamine resin decorative board 3 to both the front and back surfaces, the manufacturing conditions become complicated and the manufacturing cost increases. Further, although the design can be improved by attaching the single material 7 to the end face, there are many drawbacks such as it is not easy to attach the single material 7 beautifully and the manufacturing cost is high.

is directly attached, and a single material 7 is attached to the end face. However, this door has the drawback that it is not easy to adhere the single material 7 beautifully and the manufacturing cost is high, and it is also heavy, so it is not practical to connect multiple doors to make a folding door. It was extremely difficult.

きるという特徴がある。 The present invention solves the above-mentioned conventional drawbacks.In summary, a honeycomb core is installed inside the space of the quadrilateral edging material, and both sides are made of melamine resin decorative board, dap resin decorative board, polyester. It has a direct-attached structure consisting of either one of a resin decorative board, a metal foil decorative board with a surface layer of copper foil and a base layer of phenol resin-impregnated paper, both of which are hot-press pressed, and at least one of both sides The two opposing sides of one side are made up of a simultaneously cut surface of a synthetic resin decorative board and a edging material, and the entire surface of the simultaneously cut surface is finished with paint to provide a honeycomb structure member. Embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described below based on the drawings. FIGS. 7 and 8 are cross-sectional views showing embodiments of the door of the present invention. In the door shown in this drawing, a honeycomb core 9 is installed in the space of the edging material 1, and melamine resin decorative boards 3 and 10 are directly pasted on both the front and back sides of the edging material 1, and then the melamine resin decorative boards 3 and/or 10 are attached. A frame body 11 is formed by cutting the edging material 1 at the same time, and a painting finish is applied to this frame body. Next, FIG. 9 shows a perspective view of one embodiment of the door of the present invention, in which a frame 11 is formed on the four sides of the door surface. Next, FIG. 10 shows a perspective view of another embodiment of the door of the present invention.
was formed. As shown above, the doors shown in Figures 7 to 10 have the same structure on both the front and back sides, and the melamine resin decorative board is directly pasted through the honeycomb core without using a plywood or other underlay, so there is no warpage. It has the characteristic that it is difficult to occur. In addition, even if the melamine resin decorative board is directly attached, the honeycomb core is installed inside the space of the quadrilateral edging material, which improves strength such as impact resistance. Furthermore, the greatest feature of the present invention is that since the frame is formed by simultaneously cutting the melamine resin decorative board and the edging material, the joint 12 between the two is beautifully finished. Furthermore, if the cut portion is painted, this joint portion 12 is completely unnoticeable, giving the appearance as if the melamine resin decorative board and the surrounding frame were integrated independently and inseparably, resulting in an extremely excellent design. In addition, the honeycomb structure member of the present invention can be manufactured easily and quickly since it does not require a base plywood as in conventional products. Further, since it has a flash structure, it is lightweight, and there is no problem in connecting these members to form a folding door, and it can be easily put into practical use.

It includes a pressed metal foil decorative board. In addition, the honeycomb structure member referred to in the present invention is the seventh
The present invention is not limited to the door shown in the embodiments shown in FIGS. 10 to 10, but may be made of any material and in any shape as long as it is constructed according to the present invention. Therefore, in addition to doors and folding doors, it may also be used as table tops, counter tops, etc., as well as sliding doors, panels, wall materials, etc., and the use is not particularly limited.

など実用上きわめて有用なものである。 As explained above, the honeycomb structure member according to the present invention has a honeycomb core inside, synthetic resin decorative boards are directly pasted on both the front and back sides, and the synthetic resin decorative board and edging material are simultaneously cut to form a frame and finished. It has a simple structure, good physical properties, excellent design, light weight, and low manufacturing cost, making it extremely useful in practice.
