  1. マイクロ波を発振するマイクロ波発振器と、こ
    のマイクロ波発振器からの送信波が伝送路を介し
    て加えられる送信用アンテナと、この送信用アン
    テナから発射された送信波が界面で反射された反
    射波が受信される受信用アンテナと、この受信用
    アンテナで受信された受信波が伝送路を介して加
    えられ前記送信波と混合されてビート信号を抽出
    するミキサと、このミキサからのビート信号が加
    えられ信号処理されて前記界面とアンテナ間の距
    離が出力される信号処理装置とを具備することを
    特徴とする非接触型界面計。
