ター、６……止めネジ、７……ネジ、３１……超
硬合金母材、３２……段部、３３……焼結体、３
５……正面切刃。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) フライス本体の外周側所定位置に超硬合金
    やセラミツクスなどからなる複数個の主切削用チ
    ツプを取り付けると共に該チツプの半径方向後方
    側で、かつ該チツプより正面切刃を軸方向へ突出
    させて取り付けた１乃至数個の仕上用チツプの前
    記正面切刃を凸曲線状または円弧状に形成したこ
    とを特徴とする正面フライスカツター。 (2) 前記仕上用チツプの少なくとも切削に関与
    する部分を立方晶系窒化硼素粉末を高温高圧下で
    焼結した切刃を有するチツプであることを特徴と
    する実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の正面フ
    ライスカツター。 (3) 前々記仕上用チツプの少なくとも切削に関
    与する部分をダイヤモンド粉末を高温高圧下で焼
    結した切刃を有するチツプであることを特徴とす
    る実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の正面フラ
    イスカツター。
