形成し、熱線及び基準抵抗側の分圧点と温度補償
抵抗を含む直列回路及び固定抵抗側の分圧点とを
差動増幅器に接続し、この差動増幅器によりブリ
ツジ回路への供給電流を制御しつつ、その供給電
流から吸入空気流量を測定するようにし、また、
適時的に発生する焼切り信号によりブリツジ回路
へ大電流を供給することによつて熱線への付着物
を焼切るようにした内燃機関における吸入空気流
量測定用の熱線流量計において、温度補償抵抗に
対し焼切り信号の発生時のみ導通するバイパス用
のトランジスタを並列に接続したことを特徴とす
