路とを並列に接続して、ブリツジ回路を構成して
なる熱線式流量計において、前記基準抵抗は、正
の温度特性を有する第1の抵抗体と、該第1の抵
抗体に直列接続され、該第1の抵抗体の温度特性
を相殺すべく、負の温度特性を有する第2の抵抗
体とから構成したことを特徴とする熱線式流量計
